We Listen - Feedback And Complaints

We provide a home for students all over the UK and we love hearing from you during your stay with us. Your feedback is important to us as it helps us know what we’re doing well and what we can improve for the future to make your experience with dwell student living an even better one! There are lots of ways to give feedback including stopping by the office to talk to your site team who are always willing to help.

What if things go wrong?

We will always aim to give our tenants the best student experience whilst they stay with us, but we understand things can sometimes go a bit wrong. We will always listen to any complaint you have and respond following the procedure listed in our We Listen Guide.
