    Terms and Conditions – SUPER SALE

    • Sign a contract for 52 weeks or 48 weeks at dwell Village Melbourne City and receive a special rate for a limited time only
    • These promotional rates are only valid for students who are currently living in Australia
    • The promotion closes at 5:00 pm on 31 January 2021 local time (ACST)
    • Booking check-in date must be on or before 31 March 2021
    • The promotion is subject to room availability. Limited number of rooms available
    • Promotion valid for new bookings only
    • These special rates cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or special rates at dwell Village Melbourne City
    • dwell Village Melbourne City reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions

    Terms and Conditions – 3 Weeks Free Rent Promotion for 52 weeks contract

    • Sign a contract for 52 weeks at dwell Village Melbourne City and receive 3 weeks free rent for 3 Bedroom or 3 Bedroom Large only
    • The promotion closes at 5:00 pm on 31 March 2021 local time (ACST)
    • The promotion is subject to room availability
    • Free Rent means a rent credit added to the resident’s rental account prior to the stated last number of week(s) of the residential tenancy agreement

    Terms and Conditions – 1 Week Free Rent Promotion for Contract Paid in Full (52 Weeks)

    • Sign a contract for 52 weeks at dwell Village Melbourne City and receive 1 week free rent when you pay the full amount
    • The promotion closes at 5:00 pm on 31 March 2021 local time (ACST)
    • The promotion is subject to room availability
    • Free Rent means a rent credit added to the resident’s rental account prior to the stated last number of week(s) of the residential tenancy agreement

    Terms and Conditions – Refer a Friend Promotion

    • Refer a friend who signs a contract for 52 weeks at dwell Village Melbourne City and get $300 Rent Credit each for you and your friend!
    • Referral Friend means the person specified as “Your Friend” & who is not a current resident at dwell Village Melbourne City
    • The promotion ends on 31 March 2021
    • A Residential Agreement for a contract term of not less than 52 weeks must be entered into by “Your Friend”
    • Rewards will only be applied when evidence of referral is made before the friend books and the confirmation is presented when the friend is moving in, such as a filled out ‘Refer A Friend’ form or confirmation email with both referrer and friend’s details on it
    • Rent Credit means a once-off rent credit to be applied to the referrer and referral friend's rental accounts
    • The Rent Credit is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash

    Terms and Conditions – Laundry Credit, Shopping Voucher, Free Airport Transfer Promotion

    • Sign a contract for 52 weeks at dwell Village and receive $200 Laundry Credit, $100 Shopping Voucher and Free One-Way Airport Transfer
    • A Residential Agreement for a contract term of not less than the specified weeks must be entered into
    • The promotion closes at 5:00 pm on 31 March 2021 local time (ACST)
    • The Laundry Credit, Shopping Voucher or Free Airport Transfer are not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash

    Study Abroad and Exchange (SAEX)

    • dwell Village Melbourne City welcomes Study Abroad and Exchange (SAEX) students studying at RMIT University and the University of Melbourne! Whether you’re here for 6 months, 12 months or more, we know you want to have the best all-round experience during your time in Australia. Working closely with RMIT University and the University of Melbourne, we ensure that SAEX students have access to a unique and comprehensive accommodation package, designed to make your transition to the Village effortless.

     

    • The SAEX Package for 2021 includes:
      • Fully furnished room in a 2 Bedroom Studio with Balcony, 1 Bedroom Studio Deluxe or 1 Bedroom Studio Premium
      • Free unlimited wifi
      • FREE access to: Heated swimming pool, BBQ and Dining Deck, Study room, Music room, Cinema room, Gym, Student Lounge (including Playstation and cable TV), Games Room including cable TV, table tennis and pool table, Communal kitchen.
      • Full access to dwell signature Resi-Life Programme for free events and activities
      • Bedding kit (including 2 sheets, duvet and duvet cover, pillow, and pillow slip)

    The Study Abroad and Exchange (SAEX) Package for 2021 per person, per semester:

    *Please note: All rates quoted are in AUD$

     

    *A Bond equivalent to 4 weeks rent is payable upon accepting the accommodation offer. The Bond is lodged with the Residential Tenancy Bond Authority, and is fully refundable at the end of the contract period, subject to payment by the resident of any outstanding extras, and an apartment inspection by the Facilities Manager.

     

    RMIT Scholarships

    • dwell Village Melbourne City will be providing 8 beds to RMIT University. You will need to apply directly through RMIT University.
    • Eligibility will be determined by the following criteria:
      •  Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students Academic Achievement
      • Internationalstudents
      • Equity Travel Women
    • If you intend to apply for RMIT Scholarship and stay with dwell Village Melbourne City, please contact StayVMC@dwellstudent.com.au before confirming a contract with dwell Village Melbourne City.

    Level 4 Accreditation with UniCAN Alcohol Accreditation Programme

    • The ‘Alcohol Accreditation’ Program, UniCAN, is a national initiative between AlcoCups and the Australian Association of College and Housing Officers (AACUHO) to Change Alcohol Norms. The program aims to create and implement a holistic behavioral change model in universities to reduce alcohol related incidents and promote responsible drinking.
