Living With dwell

I have been staying in dwell for 2 months now. The place is really clean and new and everything is in great condition. I particularly like how fast the management is to deal with the virus and ensure residents' safety. The rooftop is a plus and have spectacular view of the city. Staff are very nice and helpful too. Highly recommended!

The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and the most important thing is that there is a dishwasher, which is really convenient. It is less than 5 minutes' walk to Ada and Rundle Mall. The apartment is located in the center of the city, which is convenient for shopping and transportation. The apartment also has a nice gym, billiards and table tennis. Overall, dwell was really good.

I lived here for two and a half years as a student, and this place is excellent as student accommodation. The staff and managers were always very friendly and fast at solving any problems I may have had. The facilities and services within were of a high standard and were always kept up to scratch. Prime location within the city for anything a student could want, from nightlife to proximity to most campuses. Would recommend to anyone looking for high quality student accommodation.

Dwell has been a great place to stay for the last 6 months. It is conveniently located right by trams that will take you all throughout the city and offered us an excellent rate for our stay that couldn't be beat by any other accommodation in the area. I'd highly recommend Dwell for students attending university in the CBD area.

I highly recommend Dwell Village! From being surrounded with an abundance of public transportation to an abundance of café and restaurants. Dwell has weekly roasters with spontaneous events making it easy for you to engage with other villagers. Dwell has an incredible student support, from fresh fruits every week to breakfast bags. I highly recommend Dwell Village!

The support system created here made sure we didn’t feel alienated during this stressful period. The community side of things had to take a step back during the restrictions, but it didn’t stop. I’ve met people from different backgrounds and have made lifetime good friends there. dwell has also prepared free food once per week on average and funny games with prizes which saves my money.”
